I use the mass stack from BSN right now (No-Xplode, Nitrix, Cell Mass) and I've gotten pretty good results, but recently a friend of mine asked me what supplaments were the best and I'd only tried the BSN stuff. So does anyone know anything thats just amazing for them or better than the 3 products I mentioned. Again, I'm not unhappy with my results, just curious to see if theres anything better out there.

haha.....

sorry, but BSN will only take your money...

the reason you only got medium gains is because you got what they call the placebo effect. Meaning, the bottle looked cool, you take it, you THINK its going to work, so therefore you work harder and make those gains in reality all on your own.

i'll tell you right now, NO-Xplode will not get you anywhere. For that matter, i really dont think ANY Nitric Oxide booster will. especially those with Arganine as a main ingredient. But thats a different story...

So, if you are serious about building some muscle, i suggest you look to TREN- Xtreme. Its not a pro-hormone, so you dont have to worry. You will see gains of 5-10 lbs using it for the first time. Your going to need to take it for about a month, then cycle off of it for a while.

Also, there's a new "steroid" called ecdysterone. Now, it will stay "steroid" but dont worry, it really isnt. Its safe for even teenagers to take. There isnt much said about it, so its hard to say how anabolic it really is. Worth a look at though.

Some staples for lifting are:
-Protein Powder
-Amino Acids
-Glutamine
-Cycling creatine time and again
-Multi-vitamin
-good nutrition
-sleep

Those are good safe bets that will get you big if you work hard.

Oh, and one last thing. remember this:
Anything that works, is probably illegal. So off of that, dont go looking for that "miracle pill". just stick to what your muscles need and find motivation else where.

Good luck, and happy lifting!

I accept as true with Balla, follow the basics and purely artwork flat out, advantageous factors comprise time. workout recurring intelligently and understand the thanks to cycle your supplementations. Get a lot of protein (it is astounding what percentage lifters purely do not get adequate protein in the course of the day). also, good foodstuff is the cornerstone of a good lifting recurring. Your body has to construct from something, and it likes the best things the perfect. Protein powder (whey and casein), creatine, glutamine, argenine, perhaps a ZMA product (i have had good fulfillment with that, although the project is that it is maximum effectual on an empty abdomen, which for me is like, under no circumstances!). Flax seed and fish oil are mind-blowing fatty factors that include many anti-oxidants, and flax seed actual has some fiber. I also take a good quickly uptake carb after lifts, typically maltodextrine, then some whey. relax is necessary too. it really is at the same time as the muscle tissues get their maximum restore. For bodybuilders, an overabundance of relax is sensible. stay remote from the 'roids! no longer something yet hardship. Even the present best proper that declare to be threat-free, they have not been examined through the FDA, or through all of us for that count number, so that you do not understand what the longer time period outcomes will be. good success!

Protein and Creatine can be a very useful combination when taken together. You will want to have a good quality whey isolate and a good quality creatine monohydrate. This does not mean you have to buy the most expensive stuff. I get all my supplements from prosource.net. They carry all the name brands as well as their own products.

I've used creatine and got some pretty good results.. At the moment.. I just eat really healthy, get plenty of rest and use a whey protein once a day. Seems to work well for me. I'll have to check out BSN and read up on it. .Thanks..
