I have to come up with a power point presentation for work on how to prevent muscle pains and things like carpel tunnel. I want to give a little history on what the pain is, how it works, and some stretches to help prevent them. I need to know where I can find stuff like the examples on how to do simple preventive stretches for your arms, shoulders, chest, back, legs and hands. I know a few, but any help would be awesome. PLEASE help thanks!
