I am 15 years old
I weigh between 115 and 120 lbs
I am 5' 6"
I excerise often. I'm a ballet dancer.
but i feel like i'm too big to be a ballet dancer
like my legs.. mostly my thighs and butt.
i need tips
and to know just if im healthy
and dont get into the stereotypical ballet thing because i dont have an eating disorder.
i eat a lot

As a doctor I can only say that your weight is ideal. I can't say any thing about a ballet dancer's weight as I am not specialist of that branch.

oh yeah. you're def not fat. try eating healthy foods rather than BK or whatever. eat smaller portions. dont cut out deserts, denying it will only make your craving stronger. instead try a smaller piece of what you're craving and then follow with an apple or something. limit salt and sugar intake, you dont have to cut it out entirely. you're already way skinny. you dont even need to diet or anything.

you should weight 125 based ont he 95# at 5 feet and 5# for each inch. but since you are so athletic...your are bound to be a little skinny...
too little body fat will mess up your periods, though (which could be a good thing)

Most dancers are skinny but have muscular legs, so height/weight #'s won't tell much. You should get your body fat % tested and this will tell you what type of shape you're in.

yes yr u r healthy dnt wry abt tht....

Height:- 5' 8" ; Weight:- 130 lbs

Height :- 5' 2" ; Weight :- 115 lbs

u r betwen this so dnt wry yr u r healthy...


TIPS:-

1) DO EXERCISE IN THE MRNING
2) EAT FRUITS AS MUCH U CAN
3) TAK LIGHT BREAKFST EVRY MRNING..
