Get everyone off the plane, inflate the raft, keep your body core warm, erect the raft "roof" and ignite the flares- brief enough?

hopefully if there are survivors, to tell the remaining survivors to NOT instantly inflate their life vest. only inflate it, when there are no barriers between them and the sea surface...

next, to swim in their uniforms. no joke. and it is really tough to swim in their uniforms.
