If you paid for a program such as limewire pro or bearshare pro.. etc, would it still be considered illegally stealing music if you used those programs to download music, since you did pay for the program itself?

You are paying for the software, not the music you are downloading. Limewire is a P2P program that allows access to certain alotted files on others computers. Copyrighted material is illegal to share without permission of the artist.

Actually you don't even have to pay for limewire and you also can download off other site for free and you can't ever get caught because millions of pepoe are doing it you aint the only one.

yes and no depends on the person. someone has to buy that track so that they could listen to it. heres an example: would you consider it stealing if somebody bought a painting but then gave it away to his friend for free? of course not so it is not stealing in the case of downloading music.
