so i am the jealous type, i admit it, and i trust my boyfriend, but sometimes i just cant stand the thought that i am not at the same school as he is, and he is probably flirting with other girls. it drives me insane. I really do trust him, dont get me wrong, but how do i stop with the "psycotic jealous girlfriend" act? (i dont think he even realize i feel like this)

You must feel inadequate and like you are not good enough for him? You are afraid you don't measure up to other girls? Work on your self-esteem and the jealousy will go away.

I always say, unless he's given you a reason not to trust him....have faith in him!

So, unless he's cheated on you in the past or done something else of that matter, there's really no reason for you to flip out on him. Try relaxing your mind when you start thinking about things like him flirting with girls....go for a jog or walk to calm your mind and don't jump all over him verbally for stupid things. Hope this helps.

Trust him, no really do. Jealousy is a lack of trust, not that he might cheat, but that you're not good enough for him. Believe that you are good enough and believe that he knows.

just chill a little. if he truly loves you then he wont cheat. to find that out, u have to ask him. if he says yeah quickly, then u have a reason to freak out. also if he looks away when he says that then u can freak out too. if u freak out to much, then he'll dump u.
