Usually it is a 28 day cycle. But not all women have a regular or normal cycle so it's hard to say. The first day of her period is the beginning of her cycle and pregnancy is to occur two weeks before the end of her cycle. So calculate day 1 through day 28 and she should be fertile around day 13, 14, 15, or 16. But not all women ovulate at the same time every month. You have to know your girlfriend and hope that she is being honest. You should be protecting yourselves either way. Hope this helps.

A womans cycle is on average every 28 days. the first day of her period is day one on day14-21she is most likely to get pregnant . typicaly the best time to not get pregnant is the week before and the week after her period.

I always thought that you we're least likely to get pregnant just after your period and that you ovulate 14 days after your period. One time I had sex right after my period. The day after and I got pregnant. Everybody is different so be careful all of the time cuz there's no real way to know other than ovulation kits.

The possibility of pregnancy is always there. I do believe a womans most furtile time is within the two weeks after her period.
