most important or most effective??? b/c none of them were that effective...important...in my opinion was the war. because well... people are kinda dying... i think that's important. health care is close second. energy and economy...eh... see i don't really know how to respond... what i think should have been more important and what he talked about most...hahaha nevermind...ignore my answer....X_X
