There is a mouthwash you can actually purchase at Walmart called, Listerine pre-brush mouth rinse. Use prior to brushing. Another suggestion. Find a local school, junior college that has a dental hygiene program.. The one near our house has their students offering whitening for under 100.00.. Usually offered during the spring..

I spent $35 on Crest's whitening strips. Worked pretty good! BUT,
the real soluutuion is to just buy the hydrogen peroixide jel in a $2.50 tube and use it on the ole toothbrush after brushing teeth. Leave the foamy stuff on teeth for 5-10min. YOU will see the whitening in a week. Guraneteed! Hydrogen perioxide is the 'secret' in the Crest product. ..... I was ripped off at $35!
