This a good routine but I recommend you lift weights first then go onto treadmill after. Because you will lost a lot of energy when you do cardio first.

2 hrs. a day? Too much if your just starting out or getting back into it. If you plan on working out that much. Try 25-30 min cardio, then hit two body parts.. say 1. Chest/biceps.. the next day.. do some cardio again. and then legs.. the third day.. Back/triceps.. 4th day try cardio and shoulders.. Now you can break this down over 6 days or even 5 days.. bottom line.. Give you muscles time to break down and grown.. eat small meals about the size of your palm.. 5-6 times a day.. Watch the sugars and fats.. Make sure your getting healthy fats.. You body still needs fats. Hey. why are you waiting until Feb.. Start now! Good luck

i go to the gym for about that long usually an hour and a half i warm up then do weights usually 15 min stretches, half hour to 45 minutes of weights then i go do soft stuff the rest of the way the tredmills easy so's the bike the eliptical thingamabob is evil so im trying to work my way up to a half hour on that cause it works my whole leg and not just part of it like the bike and treadmill 4 days a week is good your miscle needs time to repair itself

You really should separate days that you do cardio and days that you lift weights. Each day would be more beneficial to what you are trying to focus on. You could still warm up on a treadmill or bike on the days you were going to lift though.

might be too much. 2 hrs is a long time to be in the gym. you should be able to get a good workout in about 45 mins. if you are going to do cardio and weight training on the same day, try to separate them by as much as possible. if you can't then try alternating days. and try combining muscle groups on one day to fit it in your schedule. for example, do upper body on one day, cardio the next, then lower body, followed by cardio again.

u may fall off since you will hit the wall at first. ease into it, would be better.

most people who say they are going to workout usually do not. just start walking at first, uphill, stadium steps, jogging, then running. sit ups, push ups, leg kicks, leg raises, pull ups... all can be done at a playground.

That's a pretty good workout program that you have. Make sure you follow a good eating plan also.
