Totally. I use my toaster oven nearly every day. Saves on electricity (I don't have to heat up my big oven) and it's the perfect size for a meal for one or two.
You can make your own pizza using regular loaf bread, a 6" piece of french bread sliced lengthwise, tortillas, whatever... really no limits there. Just slather on sauce - pizza sauce, pasta sauce, pesto, whatever - and cheese and whatever else you have around. Bake on 350-400 (or "medium high") until it's bubbly and brown around the edges. Super easy!

yes.
Bread
x Tomato paste
x Toppings of choice
Luckily, I don't have a family to feed, other than the furry critters who share my abode. But I often suffer from the Dead Brain Syndrome, so that's when I get out a loaf of bread, slice off a chunk of it, and get creative with veggie pizza in the toaster oven. Slice the chunk of bread lengthwise, as if you were going to make a sandwich out of it, toast it for a few minutes, then spread some tomato paste or sauce on it. Top it with your favorite veg-pizza toppings and stick it back into the toaster oven for about 5 minutes, or however long it takes to bake or broil the toppings. You can get as creative as you like with this.

Yes, but be sure you use the baking feature, rather than the toasting feature. You can toast at the end if you want a bit more brown color.
