Ask employer for a new W-2, after verifying the Post Office loss the original. Employer won't give you one. Call IRS explain the situation and they will explain how to file with an estimated W-2, usually it will be the actual yearly wage confirmed to the IRS by your employer for your filing.
Or read the IRS instructions for the exact method to file to see should it be different from what I set out.

File a change of address with the Post Office. They'll forward all first class mail for one year. There is no charge for forwarding first class mail.
Notify your employer of your new address. If they haven't prepared the W2s yet (and most haven't) they may be able to update your payroll record and get them to your new address.

It sounds like the fowarding order has expired with the post office (if you had one in force). You will need to contact the HR/Payroll department of each employer and ask them to resend them to your current address. You cannot file your taxes without the W-2's.

Request a copy from your former employer. Alternatively, if you call the IRS they can provide you a printout of their records, which will contain the same information (income, withholding, etc.) as would be shown on the W2.
