i am trying to start a healthy living style, but everytime i want to satrt exercies i always fail! i want to loss 15 bls. can anyone give me some tips on how to get motivated and stay motivated?

The best way to motivate yourself is to simply change your habits. Eat less and more often. When you go to a store park as far away from the door as possible and walk. The motivation will come with success.

keep thinking of how healthy youll be in the end dont let the couch win the battle its not hard your just being lazy if you wanted to lose the weight that bad youll go

Eat cold raw things.
Do not eat red meat. It takes 3 days before your system digests it.
