I think in # 3 you mean "Iranian" and it's Iranian, Syrian and Chinese military personnel helping plot and make attacks on US troops, they are using equipment and methods way beyond the capabilities of a bunch of angry camel humpers. You might better leave the Iraqis there but use ground imaging radar to locate underground bunkers and caches and bomb sniffing dogs (I know the muslims don't like dogs but I don't like bodybags, deal with it). If attacks keep coming out of Sadr City, let it be known by it's ruler that it would be leveled ground, and make sure the residents know he's in charge of what happens to them. If you take them all out of Iraq, then you are just relocating teh problem, because they're all "innocent" until they blow themselves up, and taking in refugees from the Middle East is why all these Western Nations now have such a problem with the radical minority hiding within their muslim populations.

changing forex isn't the respond in Iraq. this is a social and spiritual concern that reasons sectarian violence. this is a political and spiritual conflict between the Shias, who now have majority administration of the Iraqi government, and Sunnis, who now worry significant incidents of revenge because of the mass murders that occured whilst they have been on top of issues under Saddam. the only way socioeconomic progression will stabilize is whilst political governence takes carry & keeps to be consistent. (A democracy is a clean concern to Iraq who has particularly on no account had peace considering the fact that formerly WWII. Then that they had King Faissal II.) this is going to take a minimum of a decade for Iraq to realize its capacity, maybe longer, if outdoors forces won't supply peace a raffle.

You do know, Iraq consists of over 28 million people, right? Even if that did happen, which will never. But if it did, the terrorists will still hide. The only difference there would be is less or no civilian casualties.

It is a well thought out plan and is a good idea. But a good plan always has a "but" and with yours, the "but" is where you gonna put all these civilians once they cross the border. Where are they going to go?

And what about the entire border of Iraq?
I understand your wish to solve the issues there, but honestly, they will never be solved.

I think that would be an incredible solution, one of the problems that I see though is where would they go? and would it just turn out to be just like the trail of tears? great solution, but way to many holes.
