After one year he called me and asked me to see a movie with him. I went them as soon as the movie ended he took me home. I asked him why he wanted to see me and he said he wants to "see me every once in awhile". Why? We only dated for one month and it never went past kissing cuz he knew I wanna save sex for marriage. Is he just stringing me along, he didn't even treat me as a friend? I wanna get revenge but how? I wanna seduce him then dump him haha! But no sex just makeout then dump him!!

Sounds like he's telling you the truth: he *does* want to see you once in awhile, but not more than that. He's clearly not "stringing you along" and, as you say, actually has been acting friendly. (Since you dated just a month and didn't have sex, you really shouldn't call him your ex -- he isn't.)
Since your imagination has run nuts however, to the point of wanting revenge, he really should stay away from you. So next time he calls, just tell him you don't want to see him anymore.
You have an emotional problem and should get some counselling, at least from one or two wise friends.
