what is a diet i can do at home and lose weight fast? i want to lose about 10-20 pounds! Does anyone know of any exercises that are good for losing your "love handles" and stomach?what is good food?

eat fruits and vegetables and then excercise it might not be the fast way but it works

First of all...do you have a family, because if you do... you can all exercise on a treadmill or running around the block for about 10 minutes. You should do it with family because they can make you feel better about yourself and help you keep going even if you don't want to. If you want to loose it fast, you have to work hard. Try this place called: Fitness USA, it's really helpful and cheap. Plus, they tell you how much extra body weight you have. It's really a great place. Eat celery. It takes more calories to chew a celery than the calories it has itself. Plus... it's filling. Oh, and don't try any of those diet pills or anything like that...those can really harm your body. And salad is really good too, because it's mainly water you can burn it faster. And the last thing... is to believe in yourself...i know it's such a cliche, but it's true. So good luck! A proper diet is the best way to lose weight naturally and keep it off. You have to eat a varied adequate and balanced diet. Your body needs all kinds of food to function properly including fat in smaller quantities though. Your body needs the nutrients and vitamins in fruits and vegetables the most, that is what you should eat the most of (at least 5 servings a day). You also need protein, and a little fat. Reduce your intake of sweets, fried food and foods that contain a lot of fat. Don't drink too many alcoholic beverages or soft drinks (they have a lot of calories). Don't go to sleep right after you eat. And finally exercise at least 3 to 4 days a week for about 45 minutes.Good luck. You can also get more information about nutrition from this site:

Try this.My 60-year-old aunt(164cm) who was diagnosed as over-weight--145 pounds, took my dietician friend's advice and started her "salad diet" for only 2 weeks and she lost 9 pounds in 7 days!Her salad contains roman lettuce,tomatoes,strawberries,cucumbers and a lil olive oil with a lot of balsamic vinegar.She only has it for dinner which is tasty and easy to make.
Sit-up and hula hoop can help lose ur love handle and stomache.

I have tried 20 different diets: no-fat, low-fat, no-carbs, high-carb, no-protein, high-protein etc, etc, etc --- The only diet that worked for me was the "shut my mouth, diet". Good Luck best exercise = walking one hour a day!!!
