A little while ago I had a recipe I was going to make but lost it before that happened, it was either a pumpkin tart or pie and it was used as a sweet you wouldn't have known it was made out of pumpkin, can anybody help me?

PUMPKIN TARTS

TOP CRUST:

4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. Crisco

FILLING:

1 (#2 1/2) can pumpkin
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon

For tart crust: Blend and add milk to make soft dough until it looks and feels like pie crust. Divide dough into golf sized balls to be rolled into about 5 inch circles.
For filling: Blend the filling ingredients. Place filling on one half of the tart circles. Fold other half over and seal. A fork makes a pretty edge. Bake on large cookie sheets at 375 degrees until light brown (about 20 minutes). Tarts can be frozen.

2 eggs lightly beaten
1 (14 oz) can pumpkin
1 cup brown sugar (packed)
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon ginger paste
1/4 teaspoon cloves
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup evaporated milk
36 frozen tart shells - 2 inch size

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients gently with a spatula.
Spoon batter into tart shells and place onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Then reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake for another 30 minutes.
Remove immediately from cookie sheet onto cooling racks.

Enjoy!
