I think everything is all relative. What do you mean by not acting right. There is the laws of the land. Are you breaking them? And, who is saying that you are not acting right? Shouldn't christians just make up a list of all the things you can go to hell for, and set the record straight, then it won't be in that "gray" area any more? Define not acting right for me.

No.

For God to be God, he would have to be infinitely greater than our greatest strengths, and weaknesses. Someone or something that great would be beyond condemning people, beyond hating or punishing and would only Love.

You need not fear being condemned to "Hell" because in the eyes of an entity so great, there is infinite patience and infinite Love. How can some tiny, measly little carbon life form like us, sin in front of such a great being?

Live you life the way you feel is best, and don't worry about some angry vengeful God, because that simply is not true. God is Love.

What is right and what is wrong?
This is the question!
Bush think he's right..
Al Quaeda think there's right..
Both are wrong....as they don't have real spiritual guidance:they rather have satanic guidance, that makes them send innocent people to the slaugherhouse of war/suicides....
Hell can be on earth,as well as onother planets, where conditions are worse than here...
Hell can be the state in which someone is when his unique son has died....or when a love affair goes wrong.

In order to know more about righteous living, one should study other scriptures than bible/koran:Vedas are now available at

If I believed in hell, i'd say yes but since i don't, no. But if you don't believe in hell, you probably don't believe in an afterlife, and in that case all the only thing left of you when you die would be memories and written records- would you really want to stain them?

I think in line with islamic teaching you are not automatically go to hell, because there are many ways to abolish or wiped out sins of the wrong doings such as :
1)If the wrong doing impact other people we should ask for forgivenees to them and if the wrong doing to God e.g not obeying to pray we should ask for God's forgiveness in praying
2)If we have asked those forgiveness we should swear in our selves that we do not do the same wrong doing anymore.
3)Sins of wrong doings can be compensated or abolished by good doings e.g giving donation/alm to the poor, giving money for building of shools or mosques, helping poor orphans, fasting,
,going to sacred places for haj pilgrimage or umrah, praying sunnah not as a compulsory praying at least 5 times in 24 hours
reading holy Qur'an,giving the right islamic knowledge to others etc
If our good doings more than bad doings except the sin from making ally God with others, insya Allah we will go to heaven.and be freed from God's punishment in hell..,

No, I don't believe that. I think that if you don't behave well, you will make your life a living hell. Nobody knows what happens after you die.

Death is inevitable. The thief on the cross knew when his would occur, but we can not predict our own. After his death, the crucified criminal went to live in paradise with Jesus. Some of us will also live eternally in God's presence. But others will experience everlasting torment, forever separated from Him.
If we receive Jesus as our Savior, our penalty for sin is paid. We are adopted into God's family, and Heaven is our eternal home. If we reject Jesus, we remain alienated from the Lord and under condemnation for our sin. We are destined to experience eternal judgment. God won't accept any of man's excuses because there is no acceptable defense for unbelief. (Acts 4:12)
Become part of God's family today. Acknowledge your sinfulness, and express your faith in these words:
"God, I have sinned against You. (Romans 3:23) I've followed my own way and refused to give You the right to rule in my life. (Romans 3:10-12) I recognize I am separated from You and cannot rescue myself. I do believe that Jesus Christ is Your Son. I accept the truth of the Scriptures? that His death on the cross paid my sin-debt in full. (1 Corinthians 15:3-4) And I ask You to forgive me of my sins. (1 John 1:9) By faith, I receive You, Lord Jesus, as my personal Savior from this moment on."
If you just spoke those words to God, then, like the thief on the cross, you have received salvation? a gift of God's grace. The heavenly Father welcomes every person who comes to Him through His Son, regardless of background, age, or current situation. Through Jesus, the right to enter paradise is yours!

If by "act right" you mean be a good person or do good deeds I don't believe that matters, because you can not be good enough to stay out of hell. What matters is faith in Christ. That is what will keep you out of hell.

No heaven, no hell. Obey the laws, be a moral person, and don't sweat the small stuff. Life is good.

I sure don't. I think bad people make their own hell on Earth for themselves. People that are mean or nasty or selfish won't have a very good life.
