Someone, probably women, are saying that they are shorter than 5'2", and that they have a hot and cold personality.

つんでれ and ツンデレ are, respectively, Hiragana and Katakana for the word spelled "tsundere" in romaji. It is more commonly rendered in Katakana in manga, but in Hiragana when written alone.

"tsundere" is a modern, young persons combination word, combining the words "tsuntsun" meaning sharp and sarcastic, and "deredere" meaning lovestruck and fawning.

It really means someone who runs hot and cold, depending on the circumstances, which identifies about 98 % of all the Japanese women you will meet.
