My girlfriend works at a cellphone selling shop, and she is not doing so well... now she is really upset about herself, she wants to quit but doesn't want to give up...so how can i help her to improve her selling skills? thx ps. her mistakes including forgetting to write down number, treating VISA card as a debit card n such...thx

Her supervisor and her coworkers should be telling her that kind of stuff - you're violating her boundaries to tell her how to do her job. She doesn't need that and she will eventually resent it.
She wants unconditional love from you - to know that if she quits or gets fired you're still her man and still love her.
And that's ALL she needs from you - not work advice!!!!

Just help her to build her confidence and if need be show her how a credit card works she can work on the forgetfullness, but maybe thats not the job for her maybe she would be better working with people not selling a product. Juts talk it over with her

she really needs to put her heart into her work, it sounds as if she needs a little help with guidance ... quitting would be the easy way out, she should make a list of things she needs to do with each sale and commit it to memory.

umm she should tell her manager or supervisor someone should train her and or were something sexy then the customer wont care
