Cork flooring is a great direction. It is very durable and a nice comfortable floor to walk on and stand on. Your employees would love you. Here's a few sites to look at.

What is the business?? If there is going to be high traffic VCT or Vinyl Composition Tile is a great durable choice, however to keep a high shine you need to keep up the finish, or burnish it often (monthly or bi monthly due to traffic), Carpet Squares are a good idea, but use a pattern, alternating colors, so if you do need to replace a square it will not be as noticable, and painted/stained conrete is a cost effective choice and can look nice if the right person does it!!!

They have lots of patterns for carpet squares. These have great quality and you can create a lot of hotel type floor systems of one main repeated pattern in the center and then the borders around the edges or in different sections of the rooms. Plus these can be removed and reused as needed.

Painted concrete definitely. You can pattern or
go plain, but this is extremely durable and can
be attractive.

The carpet squares are a great idea. If one gets really messed up it is easy to replace.
Cost efficient and looks great too.

I like marble.. it can be a bit costly but if you buy by the pallet it reduces the cost per tile.......ceramic tile -with both marble and ceramic you can create patterns...wood... or just plain carpeting with a low nap and a color that doesn't show dirt easily.......
