Do any of the Nikon speedlites rotate 180 degrees like the canon speedlite?

I have a Nikon D50. Don't want to have to change camera bodies to get a speedlite that has a rotating head. Canon's speedlite can be turned 180 then up so when you rotate your camera sideways the flash will bounce off the ceiling. Anyone know if Nikon has a flash unit that will do the same?

The better Nikon Speedlites will do what you want.

The Nikon SB 600 flash head tilts up to 90 degree and rotates horizontally 180 degree to the left or 90 degree to the right.

The Nikon SB 800 flash head tilts down to -7 degree or up to 90 degree and rotates horizontally 180 degree to the left or 90 degree to the right.
