Which of these hoodia products work the best to lose weight??

There are just so many hoodia products out there and I really don't want to waste my money!!!

None of them work as well as the glass of water you take them with! Seriously - a glass of water curbs hunger, and it's free, and its proven and subject to federal regulation. Hoodia doesn't.

Other than hoodia, would you consider a detox?

hoodia products come in different forms ie. pills, powder, liquid. Apparently liquid is the best as it absorbs easily.

none of them, save your money...

they are nothing but the latest fat loss fad diet pill. there is next to no research on that herb. the research that has been done shows it has a mild effect at suppressing the appetite with no actual effect on fat loss.
