my favorite munchies are actually fruit! easy to prepare and yummy to eat! if you're looking for something a little more than just fruit, try some hummus or a nut butter with bread or crackers. You could also snack on some veggies dipped in homemade vegan ranch(just google some recipes)

apples with peanut butter or caramel, preztels dipped in chocolate, thin turkey, wrapped around cream cheese and pickles: sounds wierd but soooo good. Cake, whipcream, pudding and bananas done in layers; example; yellow cake cooked then pulled apart, put one layer of crumbled cake, one layer of chocolate pudding drop some bananas down, put on whip cream and keep adding layers. Mmmmmm
Oh yea you've got to try this it is sooo good.
you need one avacodo, one tomato, an onion and some chili powder.
Dice the avocado into squares, same with the tomato and dice about 1tablespoon of onion for flavor, finely diced mix together and sprinkle a little chili powder on top with some salt and pepper. Eat on crackers or burritoes, hamburgers,etc....

Here's my recipe for Tuna Boats, which is currently my daughter's favorite thing to eat.

Fill a hot dog bun with tuna salad, sprinkle with shredded colby-jack cheese, and pop it into a 350 degree oven for 5 minutes. The mayo makes the tuna salad get creamy and the cheese melts really nicely...yummy! Also a great way to use up leftover hot dog buns.

Chicken Quesadillas

1 package cooked chicken breast (or use leftover chicken)
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
8 flavored or plain flour tortillas
PREPARATION:
On four tortillas, sprinkle chicken and cheese.
Top each with another tortilla and press gently.
Heat nonstick skillet for 1 minute over medium heat, then cook each quesadilla for 2-3 minutes on each side until cheese melts and tortillas are crisp, pressing gently with spatula as they cook.
Cut each into six wedges to serve. 8-10 servings

artichoke dip:

1 can artichoke hearts (mashed)
1 cup mayo
1 cup parmesan

mix all in pie dish - cook for 30 minutes at 300 degrees - serve with triscuits - great for parties and appetizers. I like to add a tablespoon or 1 of chopped jalapenos to add spice.

Pillsbury Crescent Rolls and Lil' Smokies

You'll have to cut the dough and wrap the lil' smokies with the crescent rolls and bake until the dough is golden and serve. This is a great appetizer and great for kids.

So happy you asked.
Today I needed something different, so I removed some pumpkin bread from the freezer, sliced it and spread creamed cheese over it along with orange marmalade...it was so good I had to have seconds.

Pumpkin bread
creamed cheese
orange marmalade
