Honestly, being a girl, it's your call. Guys can never have sex with you, if you don't let them (otherwise it's rape, right?) If you play it the right way, you can have sex whenever you decide. Anyways..If you are looking for fun, and don't mind you may not have a continuing relationship afterwards, then go for it. But, if you want this guy in your life, or see him as someone you would want to date, then sometimes you have to fight the urge and let him wait a bit. To answer your question, it's a 50/50 chance

Rarely, you are only gonna save sex with the people you want to have sex with, I challenge where u got your statisict of 89%? The Big of Overly Conservative Lies maybe? Making out is a relatively safe activity. Think about how many times people make out before they have sex, especially in monogomous relationships. It's going to be very rare, and majorly influenced by whether a person is under the influence of drugs/alcohol.

it really really really depends on
1) the people involved
2) the circumstance
3) the length of the relationship
If you are making out with a player whom you've never met in an empty house, it's highly likely. (More so if it's the second or third meeting).
If you are making out with a "nice guy" whom you've never met in an empty house, it's not very likely.
If you are making out with a "nice guy" whom you've been going out with for a while and you're in a empty house it is unlikely, as you've both known each other for a while. Then again, it still depends on the people, and what their values are.
