well, it is now up to congress to vote for all these plans.....once the house and senate vote for all these...then it is now up to bush to sign them into law.

but unless congress gets off and starts working for the things they were voted for....nobody can do anything....not the president, not the media, not even the people.

we voted for these folks.....now, let them earn their keep and our trust.

That's always the case with regard to the State of the Union. They are great words, and how could anyone disagree? But implementing these things is harder. Many of these things will cost lots of money. And people disagree about how to solve many of our problems. But once again, the president brought me to tears. Especially when he was introducing some of the people, like the guy who jumped on the tracks and saved the other man.....when you get right down to it, the people in this country give their lives to complete strangers, most people would do the same thing. And when the president quoted this man saying there are people fighting for us overseas, we need to show each other love here, that was it on me!

I enjoyed the speech immensely, and hope we can accomplish a portion of those lofty goals, one can only hope.

IMPEACH BUSH.

He deserves to be impeached just for saying "nucular" again. THERE IS NO SUCH WORD AS "NUCULAR!"
