how come i see all these lame commericals about new yogurt with 18 calories and all these ladies are praising it..
and then all these commericals about eating MAN food and like advertising quiznos sandwiches 'more meat' and the guys are all over this..
i guess this just portrays todays society.. but does this tick anyone else off besides me?

Companies spend lots of money on marketing for their products. Marketing firms examine WHO the intended buyers are, and targets them with well-researched methods of manipulation. Maybe men just don't buy 18 calorie yogurt packets, at least not nearly as much as women.
If women and men keep responding to those types of ads, more of those types of ads will be made.

Lady, if you get pissed off by this, then you have too much time on your hands in this day and age. There is a war and the middle-easterners are dedicated to your destruction. Your taxes are going to fund bad programs! The North Koreans have nuclear weapons and have been threatening the west. Our country is being invaded by illegal aliens and all our elected officials can do is bicker and try to be politically correct. Your personal freedoms are being revoked one at a time as the politicians on both sides of the aisle sell them to others for votes and cash to stay in power. If all you notice is that men and women are being marketed differently, then you have some problems. This is not anything to be pissed off about! Your life and your freedom, that's serious!
Think about it and vote libertarian or replace your incumbent with someone else who will try to actually represent you instead of the 'party line'!

Sorry this is just now coming to your attention but, TV has always shown it acceptable for a guy to be a slob, while women are portrayed as sex objects who should have model qualities.
I wonder if that is the correlation between girls 16-25 and a high rate of anorexia.
