imagine having the power to control anything, do anything your mind desires, have unlimited powers and no one can stop you. ofcourse there is more, anything anything you want to do.

One of the things that everyone has to deal with is a sense of not being good enough, or being deficient in some way. Some people cover it up by becoming addicted to something, some people cover it up by being angry a lot, some are very fearful, etc. So I think what I would do given control of life for one day is to take that away in some way. Wishing and giving happiness and many future causes for happiness for everyone.

I'd do two things:
1 - Make it so that no sex act could result in the conception of a fetus unless BOTH the partners actively wanted a baby.
2 - Make all weapons useless.
3 - Make 1 and 2 last FOREVER.

As far as I concern, ALL in the while we are in control of our life EVERYDAY, if we live our life ethically, don't ever give in to the desirous mind.
What do it mean that one's have unlimited power and do anything one's mind desires if they still 'empty' in their life, we have all heard/see such example, aren't we?

I would relinquish the power very early in the day. In my experience, humans don't do well with power. The more power they get, the more rapacious they become.
