Whether you are reading someone elses e-mail with or without their permission makes a huge difference. In either case, the degree to which you "get a rush" from it will make the difference, according to the American Psychiatric Association's Diagnostic and Statistical Manual (DSM) of Mental Disorders, whether you have a diagnosable Trait, or Character Disorder or Mental Illness, depending, once again, on to what degree, if any, you lose touch with reality. The mere fact that you are asking the question suggests that you may have a diagnosable Trait, or Character Disorder, which can be even more difficult to "cure" than mental illness itself.

Without more information about other things you get an adrenaline Rush from and odd things, quirks, in your every day life, it is hard to say if this is an illness. It is a bit strange, I think. I get nervous..........I know it is wrong and wouldn't want to get caught. So basically I don't read other peoples e-mail.

It's probably the trill of doing something wrong that gets your blood pumping. Perhaps sky diving or downhill biking or streaking would be a better choice though? :p
