Kinda. Just look @ Tila Tequila. She has the face of an alien that just landed on earth yet she it supposedly so Hott. Also it depends on what you consider ugly. I think Chloe Sevigny for instance is beautiful and most people I know think she's ugly.
So I guess the answer is it depends on just how ugly this person is. lol!

Have you ever heard of the term butterface? I'd suggest looking it up. If your really adament about your looks cosmetic surgery's the way to go. If you want to be a good person then find a guy that will like you for who you are not just if you got "a hot bod with an ugly face".

No, because the ugly face will be there for a long time. But ugly face doesn't matter, neither does a hot body. Emotional love is more important than physical attributes, as long as it doesn't involve outliers and extremes.

hot body to compensate for an ugly face, sure do to those who only look for the body especially sex and horniness but as soon as that urge is gone what do you think will you looking for next and who would you rather introduce to you friends and show the pics of your gf, definitely not the hot body but the beautiful face...but if you have the dough and patience and tolerance for pain and change then there is always a face recontruction surgery......

Who are you to decide what is an ugly face? Look beneath the skin for the person that is inside that body.
It is the way you treat people, the way you behave, and your personality that makes you good looking. You can be handsome according to what Hollywood says, but behave like an arrogant twit. That won't make you good looking in my eyes.

It depends if your talking about a guy or a girl.
For me it depends on how ugly the face is. Hate to sound like a jerk but this is the real world. On a guy I dont think it matters about the face but on a girl its a bigger deal.

depends on how bad the face is ... if the face is okay then its leaning toward hot if the face is really bad it cancels out and you would only be good for a drunkin excuse
