Do Jacuzzi's cause cellulite?

I have heard that the powerful can cause cellulite, and then I have heard that it actually prevents cellulite?

Cellulite is just the texture of your skin - it becomes more apparent when you gain weight. The biggest factor in determining whether you will have cellulite is hereditary, not a jacuzzi.
