The word is: Tsundere (pronounced: Tsoo-n-deh-reh)
(CrackPr0n-EET wrote it in katakana and Yagami wrote it in hiragana)
Apparently this is used by anime otaku to describe a girl who is really mean or aloof at first, but then becomes very loving. (This actually happens a lot in anime love stories. Like "Love Hina" for example)
