Yes. But you before they can enter the USA, you must file an I-130 form (Petition for Alien Relative). You must be married for two years before being granted the entry of your spouse to the USA.
You will see the instructions in the I-130 Form telling you what documents you need to include with your petition and the cost of filing the form with the USCIS.
