ok so this boy didnt want anybody to know that we liked eachother b/c his best friend also likes me, but now in class hes constantly talking, laughing, and flirting with this other girl and it seems like they really like eachother :-(

Jealousy implies that you want him for yourself and there's nothing wrong with that so why deny it any longer? If he's really feeling you the way he's telling you behind closed doors then its time to ask him to make this official and public so now everyone knows you belong to each other, including that chick. If he doesn't want to, its probably because he likes being able to flirt and sneak around with you both, in which case, you need not bother with him anyway.
Also, until you're a couple, you're free to flirt with whomever you want too *hint hint*

Actually he is not your guy. He doesn't want anyone to know about you and doesn't act like he's your bf when his friends are around. Get rid of him.
