the main abuse that mrs. havisham does to estella is not to love her.. she uses estella to live out a life that she was unable to live. She uses estella and her beauty to enchant Pip. Basically, Estella is more like a doll to havisham than a real person.

I don't recall Ms. Havisham being abusive to Estella.She is overprotective of her and overbearing.
