i cant decide between a capillarie or vein

In the peripheral circulation, veins carry deoxygenated blood back to the heart. From the right side of the heart, the blood is sent through the pulmonary arteries into the lungs where it picks up a fresh supply of oxygen and dumps off carbon dioxide. So it's veins in the peripheral circulation and arteries in the pulmonary circulation. The reverse is true of oxygenated blood: peripheral arteries and pulmonary veins.

That would be a vein. Veins return oxygen-depleted blood to the heart where it gets a fresh supply of oxygen. The newly-oxygenated blood flows through the arteries out to the body parts, some of which makes it into the capillaries. The capillaries are really tiny blood vessels in the skin.

Veins carry the blood that is oxygen depleted and they carry Carbon Dioxide back to the lungs.
Arteries distribute the oxygen rich blood to the capillaries and the capillaries distribute it to the actual cells. I don't know if there are capillaries that carry the venous blood from the cells to the veins or not.

It is a vein--arteries take oxygen rich blood away from the heart and veins carry oxygen poor blood back to it. A capillary disperses oxygen rich blood into the body (allows the body to use it).

Veins return oxygen depleted blood to the heart to be sent to the lungs. Capillaries are in your fingers and toes include the tiniest of arteries and veins.
