Errrr.... your diet isn't going to let you lose weight.

The idea of drinking water is a great one! But, you need to be eating at least 1,200 calories per day, and with your activity level, it needs to be even higher - and that's for an ADULT body that needs fewer calories than a growing teenager. YOU NEED TO EAT MORE!!!

Check out the Food Pyramid site NOW to figure out what you should be eating. Your body is in STARVATION mode right now. Please, see your doctor and (s)he will get you in touch with trained professionals who are experts in teenage physiology. Do not go another day on this "diet".

No, don't make losing weight a chore b/c chances are you won't stick to the plan. Instead join a club, like dancing or yoga, or whatever interest you. Then you can have fun while working out and have a steady regimen to stick to. Good Luck!

It sounds a little extreme. Unless you will keep doing this even after you lose the weight, I wouldn't recommend it. I think the best thing to do would be to talk to your doctor. Try aerobic exercises too and this website:

Yes! Just eat constantly, but when I say eat, I mean have a serving the size of your fist! You will feel hungry at first but you will get results. Good Luck to you!

Sounds good to me! Sounds a lot like what I did in highschool, but I also did vertical pushups (and fell while doing them, and cracked a collarbone, so I recommend not doing these).
