i have loved a girl ever since i met her 2 years ago.
we hit it off back then but never went out because we lived sooo far awya...nearly 2 hours.
recently she moved and now shes only 45 mintues away. im only in highschool but i really love her and i think that shes the one for me.
i dont know if she is emotionally feeling the same way about me or if she even wants a relationship.
what is the best way that i tell her how i feel without it being akward or without it seeming like im just sayin nonsense to flatter her.

maybe i said it confusingly...i have known her for 2 years and we have been talking. its just that when we first met we flirted a lot and talked ... since then its been more of best friends. so i know that she doesnt have a boyfriend but i dont know who she likes

Don't tell her you love her, just that you like(d) her. Get to know her again, find out if she has a boyfriend, be friends with her or ask her out. Maybe be honest and say you liked seeing her before and want to maybe try again. You're more likely hung up on the good things you remember about her than in true love, people can change quick, it's been years and she's not the same person now. Good luck!
