It could be psoriasis. There is medication to help with the itching and pain. I would go see your physician or a dermatologist.

Make an appointment with your doctor right away. My son broke out one time at night with fine bumps on his back. I took him to the doctor and it turned out that he had a reaction to some new bed sheets. It must have been the dye in the sheets that cause the reaction. After that happen I always wash everything that I buy before I use or wear them.

I rarely say this to people, but you need to seek immediate help, It could be something harmless, but sounds like an infection to me. The burning and pain are particularly alarming. Go to the ER.

You could have a number of things going on it could be as simple as a allergic reaction to extreme like Herpes. But you really should let a Doctor look at it because you will not know until they see it. I'm a nurse and sometimes things like this could be a rash. It sounds like a rash but like i said let a doctor take a look at please
