My wife worked two different jobs this year, but only earned $411 for one and $150 for the other. Do I need to claim this on my return or can I file without it?

Assuming that you are filing a joint return with her, you must claim that income.

Now, if the income has no trail (no W2, all cash), then I would leave it up to your own conscience. But income is income in the eyes of the governement. Legally, you should claim this on your return. I assume you are filing jointly so it should be trivial to claim it on your return.

Yes, you need to claim.

If you do not and you are audited it might come back and bite you in the rear!
