I have a jogging trampoline in front of my TV for at home cardio. I also have a bunch of yoga tapes and strength training tapes. I love the 8 Minute workouts with a set of hand weights. You might want to check out Netflix or a video store, or even your local library to test drive videos before buying.

Oh man, there are so many. Well for hips/thighs in general, walking, running, squats, lunges, etc will all work fine. For abs, you can do crunches, planks, and even get one of those exercise balls to do crunches or walkouts on. Just make up your own if you want. If you feel those muscles working hard to move, you're exercising them!

Find a 90-degree corner on the kitchen counter or set up two sturdy chairs so that you can place your hands palm down and have your arms support your body weight. Your legs should dangle freely.
SLOWLY lift your knees as far as you can to your chest and then SLOWLY bring them back down to dangle freely and loose.
Do this five times.
Take a break for a couple minutes. Repeat.
Don't do this fast or "jerk" into position.
The slower you do the exercises, the more beneficial it is.
Tighten those abs!
Good luck!

there are lots and lots of them! I personally like Denise Austin workout videos, especially the 20 minute ones because its so easy to fit that in. But there are many good ones.
Or you could design your own. Be sure to put 20 minutes of steady cardio in it for fat loss, like running (if you have a treadmill) or alternate between squats, lunges, marching in place for 20 minutes keeping your heart rate up there good and steady. And then you could do toning exercises like the crunches, leg lifts, etc.
Best wishes to you!

Lie flat on the floor, and cross your legs, put them stright into the air, and do as many crunches as your comfortable with. Crunches are when you have both hands behind your head and likt upward towards, in this case, your legs. Very good for working on a flatter mid section.

Pilates--go out & get yourself a pilates ball. If you want buy a video too. If you cant really afford, go to local library & get a book on it, may even have a video too. You will love it! Great for the whole body--stomach & legs & more!
