I'm thinking there are three possible answers: 1. Sure, and here's a link to where you can buy it. 2. Yes, but it would be so expensive that wouldn't be worth it, or 3. No, it would have a negative depth of focus.

Yes, canon made a f/0.95 lens in 1961, it was a 50mm. It was brighter than the human eye, However, they are only for canon EOS
cameras.

Yes there is. There only prime lens however. I believe their pretty expensive if I last recalled. Not very practical for everyday use. Its specilized lens.
