I was recently told by a great stylist to take biotin once a day and to take a daily multivitamin and gelatin tablets (They are for your nails but help your hair grow too). I have also started drinking soy milk and added flaxseed oil to my diet. Take the gelatin tablets according to directions - two before each meal and two before bedtime.
