Here's the deal: I go to the gym every other day, but the last couple of weeks, I replaced a day or two. For example, one Saturday I was supposed to go, I went on Sunday instead. Is that ok as long as i don't make it a habit? Also, this Friday I'm supposed to go, but I have other things going on I gotta do, so will it throw my buddy off if I go Thursday or Saturday instead?

Hey don't "sweat it" (teh hee). No really don't worry about it so much. At least you are going to the gym. It sounds like it bothers you enough that you probably won't do it so much...GOOD LUCK!!!

It's fine as long as you don't make it a habit. Eat right and make sure you do exercise.
