I was working at Shaws and never got to file for my 2005 Tax Refund (January through May) and made over $1200. I thought I didn't qualify because I never received a W2 form and never got called to notify me that I had one. Can I still file those year's refund for this year or is it too late?

It's not too late, you can still file and get any refund you have coming. You will need to get copies of those W2s first. Your employer can provide copies on request. You can get the forms for the 2005 tax year at the IRS website along with the instructions.

i could verify with the IRS to work out in the event that they ever rec'd your return, and in the event that they did ask for a replica and ask why they did no longer deliver you a reimbursement. a similar is going with the State. it type of feels somewhat unusual that the two one in all them have not spoke back. The IRS could actual have notified you in the event that they did no longer acquire your return.
