Please don't tell me to go to the doctor, it too late in the day for that.

what do you mean it is too late in the day? are they dying?! Get to emenrgency. They'll give you a iv drip and medication to stop vomiting and pain

phone your local hospital, they may be able to give you some advice.
Depending on the food poisoning you could be sick for a few hours or days. You didn't say what was your problem so it is hard to help.
