i have been lifting weights and doing cardio for two weeks now and i am 5''5 and have now gone from 120 lbs to 130 lbs-in just two weeks! i am a little worried-if it is muscle weight then it's okay, but is it possible to gain that much muscle in two weeks. how could i have gained 10 lbs?! i always eat healthily and eat plenty of fruits and veggies-so what the h*ll happened?!

Yes I'm sure its muscle since you eat healthy. You could be toning up, gaining muscle, and all that good stuff that goes along with it. You may gain a few more pounds but not too many more after another 2 weeks of it, if you continue.

I have a personal trainer and the same thing happened to me. I gained 10-12 lbs. I asked my trainer and he had no idea what happened. So... had blood work done and nothing was medically wrong with me. So I changed my workout for a month and went back to lifting and then i lost 4lbs in less than a week. I think your body gets used to it and needs a wake up call. try that and lemme know how it went!
