well im going on a cruise this summer!! i cant wait!! okay well i would like to loose a couple pounds b4 the cruise EVEN THOUGH EVERYONE SAYS IM SKINNY! i still feel like i need to loose weight EXSPECIALLY in the inner thighs :) so if u could just give me any tips that would be great.....im in athletics but thats not going to do it! and i eat skool lunch so i cant go on a FOOD diet

If your friends say your skinny you should listen to them. YOU DO NOT NEED TO LOSE WEIGHT! Girls are SUPPOSED to have thick curvy thighs (do you want to look like boy?). Cut out the dieting and keep on eating normally, so you'll be a healthy girl and grow up to be a strong healty woman! 13 year olds have no business dieting!!!

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

weeeell... exercise would definitely help focusing on you thighs.
another thing that could help is chitolite or carb BLX Al's they do is absorb the fat in your stomach b4 it can get to your intestines and be absorbed into your body,

I agree with the first answer.

Focus in healthy eating, not dieting. Don't eat french fries and soda, etc. Have lots of fruit, veggies, lean protein (take the skin off the chicken) and whole grains.

if you eat good food and you have an active lifestyle like you do then the weight your at is a good weight but if you still want advice try bringing own lunch to school so you better know what you are eating.
