its hard to say how much you will lose by then because i dont know where you are starting from but it sounds as though you plan on eating not enough. if you put your body into starvation mode you actually lose less. you said your an elephant so i take it your fed up, but you do want it to be for a long term thing, not just the first week of june right. better to do all you plan excersise wise and eat a little more. eat another 2 times a day, like carrots as a snack. a good snack a dietician told me once was take an apple, cut it in half, and put cream cheese on one side and peanut butter on the other. just some more food so your body doesnt think you wont feed it. also you might want to think about adding some kind of strength training in place of one of the walking session you plan. and stretching will give you longer leaner muscles, always a plus. just as a side note though, your human and eventually you will slip and eat chocolate or have a small soda, a lot of people think that because they messed up once they are done for and they give up and gain back, remember that as you do this. remember to give yourself a break if you make a mistake, and then get right back to your goal. good luck.

If you're an elephant, you're a very intelligent and determined one!
Sounds like you are on a good regime - it's hard to tell exactly how much weight you will lose, because that would require you to keep track of exactly how many calories you are taking in each day and that's information that we don't know. But if you are exercising daily, eating what sounds like a very good diet, and drinking lots of water, you should lose weight at a nice, steady pace. And that's good, because weight you lose in a hurry (as in a fad diet) always comes back, but weight that comes off slowly stays of.
Hang in there, girl. You're on the right road!

Eat something healthier than a Heath bar for lunch-like a sandwhich with lean meat on it and no mayonaise. Be wary of smoothies-they can be loaded with sugar and fat from the yogurt.
Add vegetables-lots of 'em. They add very little calories with TONS of nutrients that will make your body work better and lose more weight.
