I've got terrible skin. In case you're serious, there's this salve called Anusol Plus that really works for me when the weather gets humid and I start to chafe everywhere.
Otherwise, if you're just kidding : I suggest you might brush your teeth before you kiss it.
And stop wondering about that nasty back pain. It's from trying to reach your keyboard while licking your own nether regions. Humans weren't built to do that, you see... but congratulations anyway!

If you do sit-ups, you got a rug burn. Quit the sit-ups for a while, sterilize the wound, and apply neosporin. Additionally, cortizone cream can salve the itching.

it could be from the weather, winter time and dry skin..try using some powder, and avoid the kissing of the ****, if it is contagious your face will be itchy too.
